This introductory course is designed for individuals looking to transition into a career in Salesforce, one of the world's leading customer relationship management (CRM) platforms. It covers the fundamentals of Salesforce, including navigation, data management, automation, and reporting.

Description

Participants will gain hands-on experience with key Salesforce tools such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Flow Builder. The course also prepares students for the Salesforce Administrator certification, providing them with the skills needed for entry-level roles in Salesforce administration and consulting. By the end, learners will be equipped to start a new career in the growing Salesforce ecosystem.
